    Hi Pete,

I love your course, but I have a question that I find a bit puzzling; can you clarify please?

I´m following the lectures for the magazine production, and I see you copy and pasting html code into the examples. Are we meant to write our own as you are doing in an html editor or will we get access to the example code string later on? I´m just a bit confused here…I haven´t heard you state that we will get this later so I feel I´m missing out on something…Please clarify…

    Kind regards,

      Hi Erik,

I sent you this message via the Udemy messaging system but it is worth sharing here too for everyone to see…

I wanted to show absolutely everything involved in creating a magazine ‘the way I do it’ which is why the videos go into such detail.

I advise you watch all the videos but if you want a completed set of files, take a look at lecture 32 where you can download exactly what I used to publish the PUBZIE magazine. It includes all the HTML, CSS and json files.

Also, you can use the software I made to produce all the files too. This is a real time saver. Watch the video and download the software from this page on my website: http://www.nichespin.com/speed-up-your-magazine-publishing-with-pubzie/

    Hi Pete,
I am trying to download Pubzie and when I am Imagemagick and try to display logo.gif in the Binary distribution it says:
display: unable to open X server ” @error/display.c/DisplayImageCommand/426. the marks after server are a bit different but I do not have them on my computer. What have I done wrong? The other two convert logo and identify logo work.
